Stacked Basics: (Intro/Level1)

Stacked basics is an introduction class to traditional postures in Hatha yoga. Participants learn proper breathing and basic postures that benefit the endocrine, circulatory and skeletal system. Yoga basics incorporates diverse tunes aligned with the series of postures, which bring great energy to the class. This class is for all levels especially beginners. Come to basics and get STACKED.
